Reply to Scenekit crashes after iOS Update to 14.7
There is another hint: runtime: GPU Frame Capture: Shader performance data may be unavailable due to deployment target older than device version. In order to fix this issue: I updated the project format from 9.3 to 12.0 in Xcode and set the deplyement target to 14.5
