I am using the CoreBlutooth framework to scan & connect to ble device do we have any framework/API from which I can scan for wifi devices and connect to it?

I am not able to upload my app to TestFlight after adding notifications centre extension it is giving following

After reading and writing commands device is getting disconnected I checked the packet logger logs and it is giving this error: Disconnect - Connection Handle: 0x005F - Reason: Remote User Terminated Connection. Please share any post anything that can help me to understand what can be the reason for connection termination.
