Hi all, I opened a support ticket with Apple Developer Program Support on 8 October 2026 (case ID 102989346509). I received the automated acknowledgement email the same day but have had no further response since, it's now been 6 days of silence. Has anyone had success getting a stalled support case like this actually picked up? Is there a better channel than the web form to follow up, or is there someone who could take a look at case 102989346509? Thanks in advance.
