Myself and others are experiencing issues with the music app, music settings, and TV app on iPhone. All of them freeze up. The workaround I found on Reddit is, add a second language in the settings app, then delete that language. For some reason that fixes the freezing and should allow you to sync content too. I found if I reboot the phone I have to do that trick again. I have FB13047038 submitted for this issue.
