how can Apple release a Xcode version with that issue? It is annoying.

plutil -remove IDESwiftPackageAdditionAssistantRecentlyUsedPackages ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dt.Xcode.plist Every time.. and restart.. That is working btw.. But It is very hard to understand why apple breaks very simple things when adding new features on Xcode?
