Hi Quinn, thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately I realise my terminology might have confused things a little. The app is more "freezing" than crashing so we haven't managed to get any crash reports out of it, additionally our customers are just reinstalling the app as part of the support process anyway. Do you have any ideas as to what this could be or would you require a crash report? Thank you
