Quick update: the above mentioned documentation was removed in Xcode 13 beta 4.

I'm facing the same issue. We have one file that "import WebKit" -- no manual linking is in place. It ran fine on iOS 18.4/Xcode 16.3, but started crashing in Xcode 16.4/iOS 18.5
