Im having the exact same issue. I’ve tried everything in the book, all the way down to resetting All Settings. I talked to a senior advisor and he couldn’t figure it out either. Group messages are working on phone but not on iPad. iPhone 13 pro & 2021 iPad Pro on 15.2.
