I have something similar. Views are showing up in my Library, but not modifiers, even when I have the canvas open. I'm using Xcode 12.4 and Big Sur 11.2.2.

I'm experiencing this same issue. I'm running Monterey on an M1 Mac mini.

I believe this feature was added in Swift 5.4 Swift by sundell has an article about it.
