How would someone go about importing a CoreML Model on the Swift Playgrounds app on Mac (Not Xcode playgrounds)

Are Swift Student Challenge submissions allowed to be written using Xcode Playgrounds using the iOS template? Xcode playgrounds allows for three types of templates, iOS, macOS, and tvOS.
