It cost $99 but nothing was debited, right after I put in the card info and click validate it tells me that they are “preparing” my order, and I get this in the mail: "Dear .....,Thank you for your order. Here's a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We'll notify you when your items are ready. Order Details: Apple Developer Program US$ 99 Best regards, Apple Developer Relations" And nothing else till now again, waiting 1 week without reply from Apple.
