I don't want to hide the window. Hiding window has a different behaviour like suddenly removing the menu bar on clicking of X or bringing the app to front when menu bar button is clicked. I don't want these behaviours

I want this exact behaviour. I tried to please my mechanism in the order said by @fxk510 but it didn't work. I think to make the window stay in login screen we have to find a way to delay the return of ** (OSStatus)MechanismInvoke:(AuthorizationMechanismRef)inMechanism** if we are not using SFAuthorizationPluginView (which cannot be customised) Did you find solution of the question you asked.
