I would like a clarification on what is classified as “us[ing] open source software:” Is using an Apple template as the base of the playground “us[ing] open source?” Is using small snippets from online documentation/tutorials/references but editing and adapting them to fit your needs “us[ing] open source?” Thank you!

Hello! My playground on iPad is working properly but is 88.7 MB uncompressed and 73 MB compressed. I used Sonic Create as the initial template but it is minimally used. I even tried deleting all of my code but the size remained constant. I am not sure what to do. If I left it at 73 MB compressed, would my project be scored? Is there a way to delete all of what comes with the template except for what is used?

Is it necessary to give credit to resources (such as tutorials or example code) used if they are not used exactly as the example was and adapted heavily? If so, where should I write this information?
