Most of my CloudKit data has been missing from my container for over a week. No response from Apple support. I am very worried it may be unrecoverable.my apps can not access the data and the dashboard shows a huge amount of files and data in other files missing. These are needed to operate our chiropractic clinic and contain patient and transaction history. This might be a disaster for us.

A few weeks ago I noticed some of my apps, which have been running for months, suddenly could not access my database on iCloud. It would give error code 503 on the console log - server unavailable. This would go on for several hours, sometimes more than a half day. Now it is an every day issue so I must start considering moving my database to a different cloud provider such as FireStore. (I am not a Google fan). Unfortunately I have about 15 or so working apps, that I only use in our own office, that would all need to be converted. Is there a way to work around this issue? When iCloud goes down, we are dead in the water until it decides to come online again.
