I've had the same issue and so far the only temporary fix has been to rebook the MacBook Pro (until now). Note: I'm less than 1m from the router, and all other devices (other MacBook Pros, iPad, iPhones ,etc) don't seem to display the same issue. Would work fine for a couple minutes to hours, until ping would suddenly start dropping packets and would make video-calls and download/uplaod useless. It would last around 20-40mn and then fix itself on its own.
