I've had the same issue and so far the only temporary fix has been to rebook the MacBook Pro (until now).
Note: I'm less than 1m from the router, and all other devices (other MacBook Pros, iPad, iPhones ,etc) don't seem to display the same issue.
Would work fine for a couple minutes to hours, until ping would suddenly start dropping packets and would make video-calls and download/uplaod useless.
It would last around 20-40mn and then fix itself on its own. Having similar error messages in the WIFI logs:

Here's what I have attempted:
Deactivated all Location services under Security & Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Deactivate all location services (Problem still present)
erase all network plists under: /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ > reboot system so that it regenerated the plist files (Problem still present)
Added google DNS to the DNS list: System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS > Add 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 (Seems to have fixed the issue so far -- will report back if it fails again)
