It’s the same issue, I’ve been seeing it for over a week now. I can’t deploy my app because of this. The thread you shared had no resolution just the exact same issue unresolved. I already filled out a support ticket early this morning. I keep trying every few hours but same issue. Any chance for when it’s going to be resolved? Seems like a critical issue there is no way around it.
