Hi, I‘ve had the same problem with the brand new IOS 14 Update. Then I deleted my AirPods Pro from my iPhone and all other devices with the same Apple-ID the next day I tried to connect them they worked perfectly fine. btw the new „connect to AirPods from ***“ is pretty bull* because I can’t see if my iPhone XS is unlocked or not.
