Some apps and games are not running properly, they actually closes when trying to run them. Like Call of duty Mobile, the pay system in PUBG Mobile, and there was a shut down in an photo app also. The question is, is that the dev's for respective apps / games to fix this problem. Or is it the routines in the OS itself?

The thing with this is, that a fix from the dev's often helps. I'm not sure that rebuilding it will help at all. But you can trie to do that
