How about release latest iOS 13 version again, as that worked fine, until you can resolve the issue as this is cannot be acceptable to not be able to use your phone as a phone even?

Spoke to Apple support Sweden, had no idea about this issue at all, so seems apple is not seeing or caring about this issue. Anyone else having the same experience or the opposite, that apple acknowledges this as a major issue?
