Please contact Developer Programs Support at developer.apple.com under the topic Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions.", "statusCode": 7000 Maybe it got routed to the wrong team because I opened the support ticket under Development and Technical / Code Signing and not what the error message said (Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions)?
