So I did get a reply from Apple Support but it was pretty general and said they can't help with code signing issues and referred me to docs. But the error message I've been getting specifically says to contact them:
"statusSummary": "Team is not yet configured for notarization. Please contact Developer Programs Support at developer.apple.com under the topic Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions.",
"statusCode": 7000
Maybe it got routed to the wrong team because I opened the support ticket under Development and Technical / Code Signing and not what the error message said (Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions)?
I replied to their email trying to clarify that I expected I'd need their help judging from the post you had linked 379585022.
