Having the same issue- Iphone XR just updated to 14.2 and BT is terrible- airpods disconnecting for split seconds while watching netflix then reconnecting just to glitch again 10 seconds later. connect airpods, 30 seconds later they disconnect and i need to go in and manually reconnect to work again. VERY inconvenient- when paying this much for a product, something like BT should be flawless. jesus- my iphone 7 had less flaws!!!
