The build servers for the project I'm working in are currently using Xcode 14.3.1 (but will of course be updated to Xcode 15 at some point in time).

Thanks for writing that how-and-why, I've reported FB16077304, I was reluctant to report as I'm uncertain about the expected behavior, and I wanted to create this post to gather insights and initiate a discussion on this topic.
