It's been 32 hours for me. Thanks to others sharing, I stopped short of deleting the Playground app and trying to re-install it (you can't). Multiple reboots have made no difference. I've also tried sneaking in the backdoor by trying to access Genmojis through Messages and the Wand through Notes. No joy. I WAS able to download the Cleanup tool in Photos, and I've been using that. It's pretty good -- basically a simplified version of the generative fill tool in Photoshop, but only for removing things. There's no feature for adding (yet). It's like the dozens of new a.i. "remove objects" photo apps, but free.

Going on 46 hours waiting for me on an iPhone 16.

I was one of the people who got on the list the first day, probably within a few hours of 18.2 being released. Less than an hour after the first YouTube videos about it appeared. I JUST GOT ACCESS about an hour ago. So, they are indeed rolling it out, but slowly. Playground, Wand, and Genmojis all working. Already had the new camera look-up feature, the photo cleanup tool, and the new mail features. I imagine the rollout will accelerate as stability of the system is established. Good luck!
