Yes, this makes sense. Great answer, thank you for making this more clear. This would be a different question I think, but any chance you would be able to show how to get this to work in a live-activity widget without user interaction (so activated not by button, but by a Activity.update(:) call from the app bundle?

Comment on How to detect when auto-renewing subscription expires?
Your first suggestion is the one I expected as well , but for an expiry, there is no update. Your second suggestion works, but then I would have to poll this as my app runs. I’m lookingnfor a realtime callback, so that when expiry occurs while the app is running, I can update the ui to reflect that.
