I got it working - turned out I needed to use one of the signed app paths, in my case CI_DEVELOPMENT_SIGNED_APP_PATH. The IPA is located within that directory, named .ipa. I found a fix for this issue - I needed to remove the view from the parent when coming back to the main screen, like so: hostingController.willMove(toParent: nil)     hostingController.view.removeFromSuperview()     hostingController.removeFromParent()
