Using PHPickerResult.itemProvider.loadTransferable(type:completionHandler:) -> Progress has the same issues. How exactly can you work around this using PHPickerViewController?

When using PHPickerViewController and trying to use the progress returned from PHPickerResult.itemProvider.loadTransferable I have the same issues, no progress is reported. How exactly can you work around this using PHPickerViewController?
