Hi,
when I display an HTML page with a on Safari iOS, I get a nice UI. Great! At the first look I see a video frame with an arrow-in-a-circle button in the middle. Very nice. I click on the arrow and I get a fullscreen view while the video begins to play. I watch the video then I pause it then I click on the top-left x button. So I go back to my html page and the video is perfectly there as it was before.
But, there is an annoying new detail. The video frame is really dark, it still presents all the controls and a "different" arrow button to play it again. In other words that nice video-frame, that nice picture, is not longer visible on the page. That nice page with nice pictures has now an almost-black rectangle. Too bad.
Sure I can click on the video (outside the controls) then the controls and the black overlaying frame disappear. I can see that nice picture again. Finally. Well, but the arrow-in-a-circle button to play the video disappeared. Now the user cannot longer understand that's a video to play. It looks just like any other pictures to admire statically.
Is any way to get the previous first look of the video? The one clear, with the current frame and the arrow-in-a-circle look?
Selecting any option will automatically load the page

I properly copy a scrFile to a dstFile with
mManager = [NSFileManager defaultManager];
[mManager copyItemAtPath:srcPath toPath:dstPath error:&error];
but on "some destination disks" the dstFile gets a modificationDate with truncated milliseconds. For instance, with this format
"yyyy.MM.dd - HH:mm:ss:SSS" I visualize
srcDate = 2024.11.03 - 12:42:35:772
dstDate = 2024.11.03 - 12:42:35:000
After the copyItemAtPath I even unsuccessfully tried to set the dstFile modificationDate this way
NSMutableDictionary *dstAttrs = [NSMutableDictionary dictionaryWithDictionary:[mManager attributesOfItemAtPath:dstPath error:nil]];
[dstAttrs setObject:srcDate forKey:NSFileModificationDate];
[mManager setAttributes:dstAttrs ofItemAtPath:dstPath error:nil];
Again, the dstDate is 2024.11.03 - 12:42:35:000.
I unsuccessfully tried even
FSSetCatalogInfo(&dstRef, fsInfo, &srcFsCatInfo);
No way. I noticed that the destination disk is an USB External Physical Volume, Mac OS Extended (Journaled) with "Ignore Ownership on this volume" on. Could this flag be the cause of the trouble? Shouldn't this flag regard only the files ownership?
This issue brings another trouble. Since the srcDate and the dstDate are not equal, my macOS app performing a backup, copies the srcFile to the dstFile again and again.
To workaround the trouble, I actually compare srcDate with dstDate after truncating their milliseconds. But I guess this is not a good practice.
Any idea on how to fix this trouble? Thanks.
P.S. I attach here the disk info

I would like to replace the deprecated method FSMountServerVolumeSync with the newer one NetFSMountURLSync.
I can properly mount my FTP volume using "Connect to Server" in the Finder and with FSMountServerVolumeSync (the volume comes as read only, but it's ok).
When I try to mount the FTP volume with NetFSMountURLSync I get this error message:
"The share does not exist on the server. Please check the share name and then try again".
But as I know I can't define the share on a FTP server. How can I fix this issue?
Hi,
on my macOS app I would like to set the window background color as the titlebar background color such a way to get a unique color all over the window on both light and dark mode.
But I cannot find the way to read the titlebar background color nor I found a standard color name for that. How can I do that?
Yesterday I abandoned Catalina and Xcode 12.3 and installed Big Sur 11.2 (20D64) and Xcode 12.4 on my MacBook Pro 16" top config.
Now compiling my app is twice slower, when I select and work on a XIB file the fans begin to run fast and noisy and at any compile-launch I get 57 log messages like this
ScanAllPluginsInLibrary: load Library [/System/Library/Filesystems/NetFSPlugins]
The are many other smaller troubles but let's focus on these ones. What does it mean ScanAllPluginsInLibrary ? I have been searching on Google and found nothing explaining.
