I have the same problem in Xcode 15.4. The problem occurred with PNG and PDF files specified as Single Scales.

I'm using cocoapods-binary-cache and I'm getting the same error as yours. There is no problem when building with the actual device, but an error occurs when building with the simulator as a target. In my case, I get the same error in [UIPageViewController setViewControllers:direction:animated:completion:]. I don't know how to fix this error yet.
