We have also been experiencing this issue. It has caused us a lot of problems with our internal sites. We have tried changing multiple things in the code but still have not figured out how to work around this yet. The dropdown still works correctly on a few devices that we had delayed updating, but those will be updated soon. I am hoping someone finds a solution soon.

Updating our bootstrap file and updating to ios 15.4 seems to have fixed the problem for us.
