I really appreciate it! I’ve been so confused this is for my final project and I’ve been so stressed because I need to pass this class

I want a user to be able to input names or items on to the wheel and it spins and picks a option from there if that makes sense. I really appreciate any help I can get I’ve very stressed with finishing this final project and my teacher is no help.
