I have been seeing the same with CAPPORT testing. First time the page either does not load or loads after some time. All the subsequent attempts work fine.

From my experience with iOS 15.7, the page pops up on the CNA and i do not see the event notification on the iOS device. Android has event notification which then takes me to the regular browser.
