Hi I am currently using a Mac Mini Late 2014. After upgrading to Big Sur 11.6.4 or even reformatting the harddisk and reinstall Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.4. I cannot seems to do a command - D to do hardware diagnostic test on my mac mini. I cannot even do a shift-command-option-R. To do Internet Recovery on my mac mini. Does Apple remove this features???? It ask for Wifi connection and it does nothing at all. It just stay there and does not load anything.
