In the meantime, something has changed regarding the MacBook: I received a refurbished 14” MacBook Pro with an Apple M4 Pro chip, 14-core CPU, 20-core GPU, and 1 TB SSD as a birthday gift. I believe and hope this will give me a long-lasting foundation for learning and practicing programming professionally. I still have a question about learning programming itself: Is SwiftUI considered a relatively easy entry point, or is it more advanced? And would it be advisable to spend time learning C or C++, or are these languages somewhat outdated by now and no longer widely used? Best regards, Markus
