我也有遇到相同的问题，我的开发账号在3月初的时候相关开发证书被禁用，发现AppStore Connect可以正常登录，但是无法转让App，跟苹果取得联系之后没有得到解决建议，并且已经等待一个月了，但是苹果的支持团队到现在都没有给过准确回复，每次电话沟通都说是苹果运营团队正在调查，没有进一步回复。 I have also encountered the same problem.
