I had recently download the mac os big sur. The problem starts if watching youtube, Netflix, etc., keeps the video freeze, and the audio is ok it works. How do I fix it?

Hello. Apple. I'm having a problem with my MacBook air since I updated in Mac OS Big Sur experienced Video lagging. The Audio is excellent. I can't watch Netflix and YouTube. Let me Know soon how I fix it??
