my Mail and Safari works well, but for example my Weather app doesn’t work! I can delete Apps , but my app store doesn’t work well ( when I write the name of the app on the search bar , it freeze!) and I tried to turn my phone off 2 times , didn’t help at all. Because I cannot restart the phone.

Thanks. I just tried restarting my phone which didn’t help! Unfortunately I don’t have access to any AppStore , and surprisingly my “ setting “ doesn’t work as well . I hope there would be a solution for this problem.

There is no option to reinstall I don’t know how to do it. I don’t know Xcode. I’ll try to file a but report. I hope they can help me with it

I’m not skilled on iOS , and unfortunately I haven’t saved my data to iCloud. I’m freaking out not to lose my data. because for l reporting a bug, I need to download Feedback Assistant App which I don’t have access to my appstore.
