The third-party app is Godot Mono. Codesigning only works in the app. Otherwise, it misses the MicrosoftCSharp.dll.

I am using C# in VS Code but that directly translates to Xcode, does it not? I can sign and notarize the app or the dmg or the app and dmg in Godot Mono.
