@TabasKo Just deleted the folder and then force quit the driver using Activity Monitor. I'm not sure, maybe I've restarted coreaudiod after that: sudo launchctl stop com.apple.audio.coreaudiod && sudo launchctl start com.apple.audio.coreaudiod @PinkFlamingo I'm not sure if the Teams audio driver is necessary for Teams to work, it may be worth to try Teams without the driver. I used Teams just twice to join some call, no need to use it daily, therefore I completely got rid of it.

I can confirm what @JW123 wrote, executing fs_usage causes cracking sound every time I use it. I've submitted bug report.

For me it happened in all version of Spotify I've used since I have the macbook (9 months). I've also several times tested web version in multiple browsers and still had cracking sound issues. I think it's better since Spotify app is built for apple silicon, but definitely not solved. It also happens when using different software, so I think the audio source is not relevant.
