On our school we have a few MacBooks that already upgraded to macOS Big Sur. These MacBooks stil have there main profile with configuration payloads in them. I now also have a M1 MacBook that comes out of the box with macOS Big Sur and it won't install the profile because it can't communicate with the helper application? I hope I'm not the only one with this issue
