Ok, i catch that. It's seems a bug present only in iOS 18.x Simulator Xcode 16.2 + Simulator 16.x = works fine Xcode 16.2 + Simulator 17.x = works fine Xcode 16.2 + Simulator 18.x = no one works, even a simple empty app + new added Settings.bundle from Xcode Xcode 16.2 + iPhone 18.x = works fine

My issue for that was post build actions (doing some useful things) and make changes inside *.app folder just before running on device. Removed that actions, and problem is gone.

Unfortunately, before using an AVMutableCompositionTrack you must download your HLS and cached locally.
