I appreciate the response, but I was originally redirected here by Apple Support because I’m on iOS 18.5 beta and facing issues with the new USB-C audio feature on AirPods Max (firmware 7E101).
Now I’m being told to go back to Support Communities, which creates a frustrating loop where no one takes responsibility.
This is a real, reproducible issue across iPhone, Mac, and iPad. I’d appreciate it if it could be escalated to the appropriate team instead of bouncing between forums.
