I get this too. I don’t code from a cpu or do any upsates or mess with my phone - so is this proof of my phone being accessed?

iPhone pro max 14.4.2 v integrated password manager glitches upon returning back to the Home Screen. Upon exit, it closes every app i have that is open. This issue just started. Its Sunday, April 25. 2021
