Same for me: PROBLEM NOT SOLVED Just updated to iOS 14.4 and WatchOS 7.3 iPhone 11 Apple Watch 4

Same problem for me (Czech Republic). Wireless Carplay + Apple Watch (S4). After leaving the car -> no watch notifications for incoming calls. I have to manually restart the phone to make it work again. Very annoying!
