Thank you for replying! I do have the CommandLineTools installed (xcode-select --install) but if you try swift build you'll get errors of missing binaries i.e. unable to find utility 'xctest', not a developer tool or in PATH and I've check, xctest is nowhere on the drive (i.e. not part of CommandLineTools).
