@kgaidis i know that feeling very well 😭 the screen time api is so unreliable, I encounter strange unreproducible bugs all the time (besides obvious bug reproducible issues)

I’m sorry, but this is a pretty useless reply from Apple. Please see below your colleague’s reply for how it should be done. they have actually done their job, did some internal research, and answered the OP’s question.

Not for me, I am on 26.4 latest beta (3 or 4?) and I was able to reproduce this regularly… Please don’t thank the Apple engineers too early ;)
