Unfortunately, no. You can use private API (which many apps do), but that’s risking having your developer account terminated, so not really an option if you’re serious about your business. I think it would also help if you could reproduce the issue on Public Beta 4 / Developer Beta 7 and attach another sysdiagnose to your radar. We have filed many bug reports on this but Apple has not addressed this so far. This has also been a topic on the dev forums a couple of times: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/793060 There are some apps that use private API and App reviews seems to be fine with that because these apps are on the store. However, Apple is not telling us which API they are using which seems a bit unfair. I would encourage you to file a bug report as well. That’s all we can do for now.
