Hi, I have the same issue. running 14.4. Why is no one from Apple is answering this thread?!

Same here. Apple pushing to update is an issue. My kids clicked to update and now we can't use the phone to speak to family abroad. Just terrible. Major bug and from the comments I see on here it has not beed fixed for a while. Looking to downgrade to ios12 again
