I understand about google maps being a different system. I was just comparing it for latest data availability. How do I know another app is using MKMapView. Well.. if tit was using GMSMapView it would have google's logo over there, instead of Apple's. Even open street map has google's logo as well. So, yeah. that's what I am confused. mkmapview is showing different data for 2 different apps within the same iOS device.
