I created custom ringtones several years ago and they have been on all my devices until I upgraded to IOS 14. First, how can I retrieve the ringtones from an old phone so I can put them back on my device with IOS 14? Second, Why would they have disappeared? I don't remember how I made the ringtones initially but I am sure it was not through GarageBand possibly it was in iTunes. I made the ringtones with a Creative at the Apple Store in New Jersey. Third, How do I create custom ringtones for the future? (in case I have to recreate them)
