Any luck? I'm get the same error for about a week now with no resolution. There are WeatherKit entitlements in my provision file. My developer account services page says I have 100% of my WeatherKit calls available. What piece is missing to authenticate?

I figured out my issue. Under the "identifiers" for my app, I had checked WeatherKit under the "capabilities" list, but I didn't know or think to look at the "App Services" list too. I checked it there as well and rebuilt my profile. It seems to work now. Partly Cloudy and 66 today.
